Call for nominations for the 2025 Itabashi City Cultural and Sports International Exchange Honor Awards

During 2025, individuals and organizations who have made outstanding contributions in the fields of culture, sports, and international exchange will be presented with Honorary Awards, Excellence Awards, and other awards in recognition of their achievements.

Target period

June 2025th to August 1st, 1

Recognition target

Individuals who live, work or study in the ward or organizations whose base of operations is within the ward and who meet any of the following criteria:

[Cultural Division] Winner of top three prizes at national or higher competitions
[Sports Division] Winners of top three prizes at national or higher sports competitions
[International Exchange Division] Outstanding achievements in Itabashi Ward's international exchange activities

Other individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the advancement of culture, arts, and sports in Itabashi Ward.

<Notes> If you have previously received an award from this program at the same tournament, you may not be eligible.

Request for photos for PR video and panel production

In order to promote this project both within and outside the ward, Itabashi Ward will produce a promotional video and panels. For this purpose, we are seeking photos from the competitions and performances (practice scenes are acceptable) from each award candidate.
For details, please refer to the attached file below, "Scope of handling of personal information and portrait rights (Appendix)."
Individual applicants who wish to cooperate should fill in the consent section under "9. Use of name and photograph" on the application form, enclose the original photograph, and submit it to the above address.
In addition, applicants from organizations who wish to cooperate should fill out the attached file below, ``[For organizations] Consent Form for Use of Personal Information and Portrait Rights (Appendix),'' and the ``Consent Form'' section of the participant list on the application form for each person.A representative should compile these and submit them to the application address listed above, along with the original photographs.
