Precautions when purchasing tickets (Please be sure to read.)
- The method of purchasing tickets differs for each performance.Please see each event information page for confirmation of how to purchase.
- For wheelchair seats, please contact the Bunka Kaikan.
- When picking up tickets at 165-Eleven, the customer is responsible for a service fee of 1 yen/ticket and a convenience store ticketing fee of 110 yen/ticket.
- When picking up tickets by mail transfer, a mailing fee of 100 yen and a transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
- If payment is not made within the period, it will be cancelled.
- Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or seat changes after reservations and purchases have been made.
First day special train
Performances covered by the first-day special train will not be sold at the ticket counter on the 1st floor of the Bunka Kaikan on the first day of sale.Please note that you cannot purchase tickets even if you come to the City Cultural Center.

- Seven-Eleven payment/ticketing: Please pay at a Seven-Eleven store by the reservation expiration date.When the payment is confirmed, the purchase procedure is completed, and the ticket can be issued at the Seven-Eleven store.
- Postal transfer: We will send you a “Ticket Exchange Coupon” by mail.Please pay by bank transfer in advance and exchange the ticket on the day of the performance.
