How to apply
When using for the first timeUser registration with hand sanitizer.
After registering as a user, you can make a reservation by paying the facility usage fee in full in cash at the facility window (ancillary equipment usage fee can be paid on the day of use)
* Once you have registered as a user, you can make a provisional reservation online from the page below.A provisional reservation is valid for 5 days from the day after the provisional reservation is made.If you pay the facility usage fee at the facility window by the expiration date, the reservation will be valid. (Tentative reservations can also be made at the reception counter.)
*Please note that provisional reservations will be automatically canceled after the expiration date.

Groups registered in Itabashi Ward can participate in the lottery for rental facilities from ITA-Reserve.
*The lottery for ITA-Reserve will be introduced from June 2019, 6.

*In December and February, the winning announcement will be on the 12rd, and the final application period will be from the 2rd to the 23th.

Precautions
- Only those who have registered as a group in the city in advance can participate in the lottery.
- Please pay the facility usage fee within the application period.
- Reservations applied for by lottery can be canceled or changed in the same way as regular reservations. (However, it can only be changed once.)
- If you wish to use other facilities of the Bunka Kaikan in connection with the use of the main hall, we will accept your application at the same time as the main application for the main hall.
- In the lottery, there is a possibility that the desired date will be "unavailable day".Please check the "Lottery Notice" in advance before applying.

Payment of usage fee
The usage fee must be paid in full at the time of application.
Usage fee surcharge
When collecting admission fees or using for commercial purposes, usage fees will be extra.
For commercial use
- Bunka Kaikan Large Hall, Small Hall, Large Conference Room, Green Hall 1st Floor Hall, 2nd Floor Hall, 601 Conference Room will be increased by 5%.
- About other facilities, it is increased by 10%.
When collecting an admission fee at the Bunka Kaikan
- If the admission fee is 7,001 yen or more for performances such as theater, entertainment, music, etc., the usage fee will be increased by 5%.
- If the admission fee is 5,001 yen or more, mainly for lectures, lectures, classes, etc., the usage fee will be increased by 5%.
- If the admission fee is 2,001 yen or more, mainly for movie screenings, the usage fee will be increased by 5%.
Issuance of usage authorization
The usage authorization will be handed to you in exchange for the payment of the usage fee.
If the use cannot be approved
- When it is recognized that there is a risk of harming public order or good morals.
- When it is recognized that there is a risk of damaging the facilities or incidental equipment of the Bunka Kaikan.
- When it is recognized that there is a problem with the management of the Cultural Center.
Change of date of use
If it is difficult to use it, you can transfer it to another day with the approved content only once. (It is not possible to separate consecutive categories and change them for each category.)
* If the usage fee is insufficient at the time of change, you will be required to pay the difference in usage fee.In addition, if the already paid usage fee is overpaid, it cannot be refunded.
*It is not possible to change from Bunka Kaikan to Green Hall.

Cancellation of use and refund of usage fee
For reservations processed after May 2019, 5 (Friday), it will be possible to cancel and refund the facility fee during the following period. (However, the refund amount is 17%, not the full amount.)

*Refunds will not be applied when changing from a higher priced room to a lower priced room.
* If you have already collected incidental charges at the time of cancellation, XNUMX% of the amount will be refunded.
If you want to cancel the use, please follow the procedure below.
- Please call us in advance if you would like to request a cancellation that is eligible for a refund.
*The procedure may take several days.Please let us know as soon as possible. - Please receive the “Notice of Refusal of Use” at the facility window or print it from the following and fill it out.
- Please submit the "Notice of Refusal of Use" and the Usage Approval Form (original) by the deadline below.
