On-site management
- Please let visitors (users) know in advance about restrooms, drinking fountains, emergency exits, etc.
- Please do not pollute the facility.If it gets dirty, please clean it up before you finish using it.
- Bunka Kaikan and Green Hall will not be held responsible for theft, etc. at facilities, etc., so please take measures to prevent theft, such as using lockers or assigning attendants.
- Please take your trash home with you.
Restoration
- After using the facility, please restore the facility and incidental equipment to their original state.
- If you damage or lose the facilities or equipment of the Bunka Kaikan or Green Hall, you will be asked to compensate for the equivalent amount.
Prohibition of transfer of usage rights
Approved facilities and equipment may not be used for purposes other than intended use, or the right to use may not be transferred or subleased.
Prohibition of postcards, etc.
Posting without the approval of the Bunka Kaikan and Green Hall, as well as attaching stickers and driving nails to walls, pillars, windows, doors, etc., are strictly prohibited.

Handling of food at events, etc.
If you plan to temporarily prepare and serve food at events, etc., or sell food, a business license or notification is required. Organizers of events must consult with the public health center in advance, and if permission is obtained, submit the permit. This facility cannot be held responsible for any problems that occur during unauthorized operation.

Carry-on equipment, etc.

- Cancellation of usage approval
In the following cases, use may be canceled, suspended, or restricted even when use has already been approved.
- When violating the Itabashi Ward Cultural Center ordinance and rules.
- When violating the Itabashi Ward Green Hall Ordinance and Rules.
- When the purpose or conditions of use are violated.
- When it is recognized that there is a risk of harming public order and good morals.
- When it becomes impossible to use the Bunka Kaikan or Green Hall due to a disaster or other accident.
- When the head of a ward deems it particularly necessary due to construction work or other reasons.

- Do not use or enter unauthorized facilities.
- Do not bring dangerous or unclean items or animals.
- Take measures to ensure the safety of visitors.
- Do not eat or drink outside of designated areas.
- Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
- Do not solicit donations, display or sell goods, or offer to sell food or drink without permission.
