Efforts to make it barrier-free

At the Bunka Kaikan and Green Hall, we promote barrier-free/universal design so that not only first-time visitors, but also people with disabilities, people with small children, and the elderly can use the facilities comfortably and safely. I'm here.

Guests coming to the main hall

There is a slope in the square along the Yuza shopping street on the south side of the Bunka Kaikan (on the right side of the main hall entrance).

To get to the audience seats (wheelchair seats), please go straight to the back from the main hall entrance.
*Please use the elevator on the right side of the entrance to get to the second floor. (However, there is a step in the audience seats on the 2nd floor. Please check with the organizer or venue staff when heading to the 2nd floor.)

Turn right at the back of the foyer and enter the audience through Door A at the end of the slope.

*For wheelchair seats on the upper side (on the right side when facing the stage), please go through Door A and in front of the front row of the audience.

Please enter from the entrance on the west side of the Bunka Kaikan.
*There is no step in front of the west entrance.

The above elevator cannot go to the basement practice room and rehearsal room.Also, there are stairs on the way to the 1st floor platform of the elevator to go to the basement rooms, so please take the above elevator (in front of the reception desk) to the 3rd floor first and transfer to the elevator to the basement rooms. (refer to the following)

Take the elevator in front of the reception desk to the 3rd floor and turn right on the corridor in front of you.

The elevators in front of the reception desk and in the foyer of the large hall are wheelchair accessible.
*Elevators to the basement rooms are regular elevators.We apologize for the inconvenience, such as the button position is high, but wheelchair users can use it as usual.

Wheelchair rental

Wheelchairs are permanently available at the following locations in the Bunka Kaikan.We do not accept reservations in advance, but we do offer rentals free of charge so that those who have been injured or are in poor physical condition can use them immediately.Please ask the staff when you need it.

*What is a hearing impaired seat?
This is a seat where you can listen to the sound of the speakers and microphones in the hall with earphones.You can also adjust the volume with the equipment you put at hand.

About the installation of the written communication board

Written communication boards are available at the Bunka Kaikan reception counter.Please tell us if you need it when making inquiries at the reception desk, such as making a reservation for a facility or purchasing a ticket.

About changing diapers

When changing diapers, please use the above-mentioned "Everyone's toilet (behind the reception counter on the XNUMXst floor)" or the nearby "Baby station (see below)".

In Itabashi Ward, municipal facilities and private facilities where you can stop by for diaper changes and breastfeeding are designated as "Baby Stations".
Near the Bunka Kaikan, there is a "Children and Families Support Center" on the 7th floor of the Green Hall (9:17 to XNUMX:XNUMX on weekdays, excluding New Year holidays).
