User registration
The Itabashi Public Facility Reservation System "ITA-Reserve" allows you to inquire about facility availability, make provisional reservations for facilities, apply for lotteries and confirm winnings, etc. on the Internet.
We recommend that you register as a user in advance, not only when using ITA-Reserve, but also when using normal facilities.
1. User registration procedure
In principle, it is mandatory to apply for one representative and one member (presentation of two identification cards).You can register within the city if you can prove the identity of both the representative and the members living, working, or attending school in the city.Even if you cannot prove that you are in the city, you can still register as outside the city.
*If it is difficult for two people to visit the museum, one person can visit the museum and the other person can bring a copy of their ID card.
Please bring the following items and go through the procedure at the Bunka Kaikan or Green Hall window.
○ ID cards of two people who are going to the application procedure (if you are visiting alone, bring a copy of the ID card of the other person)

2.Using the public facility reservation system
By registering as a user, you will be able to apply for provisional reservations for vacant facilities on the Internet from the following page.If you make a provisional reservation online, the validity period is 5 days from the day following the provisional reservation.Please pay the facility usage fee at the facility window before the expiration date, and the reservation will be confirmed.
