Regarding the revision of the usage fees for the City Cultural Center and City Green Hall in fiscal year 2025

The usage fees, which are reviewed every four years as a rule, will be revised as follows. The fees for each facility, such as halls and conference rooms, can be found in the information leaflet at the link below, as well as on the facility usage fee pages for the City Cultural Center and City Green Hall. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
* Timing of new fee application
Date of use: Reiwa 73Month31Until the day ⇒ Old rates apply
Date of use: Reiwa 74Month1Days after ⇒ New rates apply
Example 1: Reiwa 612If the reservation is made by the end of the month and the date of use is after April 2025 ⇒ Old rate
Example 2: Reiwa 612If the reservation is made by the end of the month and the date of use is between January and March 2025 ⇒ Old rate
Example 3: If a reservation is made after January 2025 and the date of use is between January and March 2025 ⇒ Old rate
Example 4: If the reservation is made after January 2025 and the date of use is after April 2025 ⇒ New price
*The "reservation" in examples 1 to 4 above meansITA-Reserve or make a tentative reservation/apply at the facility counterThis refers to doing the following.
* Even if you will be using the facility after April 1, 2025, you must make a reservation and apply by December 31, 2024.For any application for service, the old rates before the new rates will be applied.
*If you wish to change the date of use for a reservation/application made after January 2025, please follow the instructions below.

For the above examples ① and ②, you may be required to pay the difference in the fee. In addition, please bring the original copy of the usage approval form to the cultural center counter to make any changes. For more information, please contact the counter.
