Lottery results will be announced on Saturday, January 25, 2025.

Winning date confirmation period: Saturday, January 25, 2025 to Thursday, January 30, 2025

Priority reservation period for groups within the ward: Saturday, January 25, 2025 to January 31, 2025(Money)

　【Precaution】

● Only members of groups registered in Itabashi Ward can participate in the lottery.

●Please complete user registration in advance at the reception counter of Bunka Kaikan/Green Hall.

●The facility usage fee must be paid in full at the same time as this application.

●If you wish to use other facilities of the Bunka Kaikan in conjunction with the use of the Main Hall, your application for the Main Hall will be accepted at the same time.

●For those outside the ward: The start date for accepting provisional reservations online is 2020.5Years21st of the month(Sat).

●When registering as a user, in principle, one representative and one member each must prove their resident/work/student ID in the city.

If it becomes difficult to use the service after application, we will accept your cancellation and refund 50% of the usage fee.

　*However, refund applications must be submitted by the following deadlines, counting from the date of use.

　　・Cultural Hall…Large Hall 6 months ago, Small Hall/Large Conference Room 2 months ago, Other rooms 10A few days ago

　　・Green Hall…1st and 2nd floor halls・601 conference room 2 months ago, other rooms 10A few days ago

　Also, you can change the date of use only once.
