【Important Notes:】

● Only members of groups registered in Itabashi Ward can participate in the lottery.

●Please complete user registration in advance at the reception counter of Bunka Kaikan/Green Hall.

●The facility usage fee must be paid in full at the same time as this application.

●If you wish to use other facilities of the Bunka Kaikan in conjunction with the use of the Main Hall, your application for the Main Hall will be accepted at the same time.

For those outside the ward, the start date for accepting tentative reservations online is2026Years1Month 4 days(Day).

●When registering as a user, in principle, one representative and one member each must prove their resident/work/student ID in the city.

If it is difficult to use the service after application, we will accept cancellation and refund the usage fee.5We will refund the discount.
