●The Bunka Kaikan and Green Hall will be closed on the following dates during the year-end and New Year holidays.

*You cannot enter the facility.
In addition, all reception, guidance, and ticket sales operations, including answering the phone, will be suspended.

If the deadlines for (B) and (C) overlap with the year-end and New Year holidays, the deadlines will be moved forward by that number of days.

●About tentative reservation deadline
[Normal time] Up to 5 days after the date of provisional reservation
If the temporary reservation deadline overlaps with the year-end and New Year holidays, the deadline will be extended by that number of days.

●Reservation cancellation refund (50% refund) deadline

(E) Small Hall/Large Conference Room

Refunds will be accepted within the normal deadline.
However, reservations that will be refunded during the closed period will be extended until January 1th.
