Temporary aid for evacuees from Ukraine
We will provide a temporary support fund to support the immediate lives and livelihoods in Itabashi City of those who were forced to evacuate from Ukraine due to the Russian invasion into Ukraine.

We are looking for Ukrainian/Russian interpreter/translator volunteers!!
Some foreigners living in Itabashi City have trouble with the language barriers. The Itabashi Foundation for Culture and International Exchange, ICIEF, is looking for "Language Volunteers" to support such people through interpretation and translation. Would you like to use your language skills to help foreigners in need?
