For three days during the summer vacation period, we are holding an "Art Experience Class for Elementary School Students" in the Japanese-style room of the Bunka Kaikan.

Under the guidance of instructors from the Itabashi City Artists Federation, this project is being implemented so that elementary school students in the city can feel the joy of drawing through art experiences.
By dividing the classes into lower grades and upper grades, we are able to provide detailed guidance tailored to each child.

On the first day, we gave a lecture on abstract painting, and on the second day, we gave a lecture on the formation of figurative painting.
Based on the teacher's explanation that drawing is an important way to express one's thoughts and sensibilities, the participating children drew their own works.

On the final day, all the participants created a joint collage work, and while having fun using their whole body, they completed a powerful work of a size that cannot be experienced at home.

After the workshop, the participants said that it was fun to be able to draw pictures that they didn't learn at school!I'm happy to hear from parents that their child, who was not good at drawing, enjoyed it.I received an impression.
