Successful applicants will be eligible to perform at the Salon Concert and become a member of the Itabashi Performers Association. - Target
- Those who are 2024 years old or older as of April 4, 1, and live, work, or attend school in Itabashi Ward.

- Please fill out the prescribed application form and apply by mail or fax to the address below, or by using the application form on the foundation's website, by Friday, May 5th (postmark valid).
