What is Fureai Mail Service?
This is a new service for readers of the information magazine "Fureai" on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of Itabashi Bunka Kaikan in October 10.We will continue to deliver more fulfilling programs to please our residents, so we hope that you will continue to enjoy reading "Fureai" and look forward to the activities of the Bunka Kaikan.
*Information on various performances and courses is published in the information magazine "Fureai". Published once every three months (June, September, December) on the 3st. In March, it is posted to all households in the ward, and in June, September, and December, it is inserted into newspapers on the first Friday of the month of publication, and is also placed at the counters of each facility in Itabashi ward. You can view the latest issue as well as back issues on our homepage.
