Please enter through the wheelchair ramp on the east side of the Green Hall or the entrance on the northwest side of the Green Hall.
The reception desk and Conference Room 101 are located on the east side of the 1st floor. The 1st floor hall is located on the west side of the 1st floor.

Wheelchair rental
Wheelchairs are available at the reception desk on the 1st floor.We do not accept reservations in advance, but we do offer rentals free of charge so that those who have been injured or are in poor physical condition can use them immediately.Please ask the staff when you need it.
About the installation of the written communication board
A communication board is available at the Green Hall reception desk.Please let us know if you need it when making a reservation for the facility or making an inquiry at the reception desk.
Anyone about the toilet
There are restrooms for everyone on each floor except the first basement floor.It can be used not only by people with disabilities, but also by customers with small children and the general public.
*There is only a public restroom on the 1st floor and a simple diaper changing table.
About assistance dogs
Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are welcome to visit. (Please refrain from visiting with general pets.)
*However, please check with the organizer regarding viewing various events with assistance dogs, how to participate in events, etc.

About changing diapers
When changing diapers, please use the "Everyone's toilet (1st floor)" above or the nearby "Baby station (see below)".

About AED
We have installed an AED (automated external defibrillator) for those with sudden cardiac arrest.
