• Only users registered in Itabashi City can participate in the lottery.
• Please complete user registration in advance at the reception counter of the Cultural Center/Green Hall.
• The facility usage fee must be paid in full at the same time as this application.
• If you wish to use other facilities of the Bunka Kaikan in connection with the use of the main hall, we will accept your application at the same time as the main application for the main hall.
• The start date for accepting provisional reservations for those outside the ward and online is 2024.5Month1It is Sunday (Wednesday).
