There are many poor people in Ecuador, and the government is conducting activities to train people who have graduated from junior high school and high school at vocational training schools and those who are unemployed to get a job.A teacher was sent here.When the instructor introduced 5S (sorting, setting in order, cleaning, standardizing, and discipline) in his activities at his place of assignment, he was initially reluctant to do so due to opposition from the local teachers. However, it seems that the workplace has changed to a clean workplace as activities are gradually carried out as they repeatedly talk tenaciously and earnestly and earn their trust.
