iChef Board is a monthly magazine for foreigners living in Itabashi Ward that provides information on daily life and events.We are always looking for news articles for foreigners.
Issuing status of i-chef board

- On every fourth Tuesday
- Creation language
- Japanese with Ruby, English, Chinese, Korean
- Number of copies distributed
- About 1,800 copies per month
- Distribution location
- Public facilities in the ward, Japanese language schools, Japanese language classes, Tokyo international exchange associations, etc.
Article publishing criteria
- The application must be from a non-profit, non-religious, or non-political organization.
- The contents should be known to foreigners living in Itabashi Ward
- Must not be commercial, political or religious
*In order to give priority to notifications from the city, publication may be postponed or canceled due to space limitations.Please note.
How to apply for publication
Please send it from the submission form by the 2th of two months before the month you wish to publish.
