Meeting on facility use

• One month in advance for Bunka Kaikan Main Hall and Small Hall, and two weeks in advance for Bunka Kaikan Large Conference Room, Green Hall 1F Hall, 2F Hall, and 1 Conference Room. please.
• Please make an appointment by phone within the above period and visit the museum for the meeting date and time.
• Please bring the stage progress schedule, event program (manuscript), admission ticket (sample), etc. to the meeting.

Securing venue managers and organizers

• Users must appoint a person in charge of the venue.
• Please arrange the necessary personnel for organizing, guiding, broadcasting, picking, and entertaining visitors.In the event of an accident, etc., the user will be held responsible.
• Depending on the event, the organizer may be required to secure stage, lighting, and sound personnel, so please discuss the details with the staff in advance.

Use of parking lot

There is a charge for parking at the Cultural Center.We have prepared some parking spaces for the organizers and performers, so please consult us when you have a meeting.
In addition, there is no parking space for general users, so please let people know to refrain from visiting by car.
