About shooting in the hall
In the theater facilities and common spaces on the premises, you can shoot video works and photos only to the extent that it does not interfere with facility management and facility use.
Filming requires prior approval from the theater, and a prescribed filming fee will be charged.
In addition, if you use a hall, rehearsal room, Japanese-style room, tea room, conference room, dressing room, attached equipment, etc., the amount will be charged only for the usage fee for the facility/attached equipment.

- Filming is allowed only from 9:00 to 21:30 on days when the theater is open, and only on days and times when it is recognized that there will be no hindrance to facility management and facility use.
- The shooting time includes the time required for loading and unloading.

First of all, please call the person in charge of general affairs and discuss the desired date and time, purpose of shooting, content, etc.If there is no problem with the content of the shooting, we will check the usage status of the facility and adjust the date, time, place, etc. where the shooting can be done.
* If the shooting date is close, we will not have enough time for adjustments and meetings, so please contact us at least one month in advance.

Please visit the theater and take a preliminary inspection.We will ask you in detail about the content of the shooting, and confirm whether the shooting location can meet your needs, whether it will interfere with other users, and whether you can use the facility without any problems in terms of management.

XNUMX. Submission of “Application Form for Filming, etc.”
Please fill out the “Application for Shooting, etc.” and submit it at the counter or by fax.
After reviewing the content, we will issue a “Certificate of Approval for Filming, etc.”

- There is no risk of deviating from the purpose of the theater.
- There is no risk of harming public order or good morals.
- There shall be no fear of damaging or losing facilities or equipment.
- There is no risk of causing inconvenience to other users.
- In addition, there is no hindrance to the management and operation of facilities such as theaters, or there is no fear of hindering it.
XNUMX.Payment of shooting fee
After issuing the approval form, please pay the shooting fee by cash or bank transfer by the designated date.As a general rule, the paid fees cannot be returned.

Please consult with the Usage Coordination Division in advance regarding the shooting schedule, vehicles to be brought in, equipment to be brought in, whether there are any hazardous materials, and the use of wireless devices.

Please be sure to observe the following when shooting.
Matters to be observed when taking pictures, etc.
- As a general rule, equipment such as batteries should be prepared for the lighting required for shooting.
- Eat, drink and smoke in designated areas.
- When using special equipment such as fire (cannot be used in the common space), water (rain, etc.), or devices that make sounds, or bringing in dangerous items or animals, obtain permission from the theater in advance before using them. Please follow the instructions.
- In the event of damage or loss of theater facilities, equipment, or items, etc., immediately notify staff of the situation and follow their instructions.
- In order not to interfere with other users, consider the surrounding situation and manage the gathering and handling of visitors.
- Pay attention to noise, etc., so as not to disturb neighboring residents.
- In the event of an emergency such as a fire or earthquake, please follow the instructions of the theater staff.
- After shooting, etc., please restore the site to its original state, and take back any garbage generated by shooting, etc.
- Write credits such as "Photography cooperation: Itabashi Ward Bunka Kaikan".
- Do not leave equipment in front of fire hydrants and fire extinguishers.
- Do not store lighting equipment that emits high heat under heat detectors, sprinklers, etc. installed on the ceiling.
- Do not leave fire doors or doors open all the time.
- Do not do anything that hinders the securing of an evacuation route, such as placing equipment in aisles, etc.
- In the unlikely event of a fire or accident, immediately contact the theater staff, follow their instructions, and cooperate with disaster prevention activities.
If you do not follow the above, or if the content of the shooting is different from the approved content, the shooting will be canceled.In that case, all damages that occur will be borne by the photographer.
